We need a mobile version of our existing UI for our website - up to 8 pages need conversion. When users log in from any mobile device, they should be redirected to the mobile site, which will be [login to view URL], for example.

Existing UI is PHP with MySQL.

site has 2 languages.. all text are contained in language files ([login to view URL], etc.). Mobile user must first be asked language, then redirected to that language version on mobile.
