Changes in magento admin, add columns in a mysql table

1. Add a second user selector above users to select a designated manager (drop down)
[login to view URL] a second dropdown menu, it will show all of the users selected in step 1, (sans the manager)
(this way users can select themselves and inquery will desappear from other user’s backend, manager still can see inquiry)
the second dropdown will have a reset option, resseting the user will activate all the users selected in step 1
user changes will log into status update (an email MUST be sent to user notifying update) (only enquiry owner and admin can update user) Display using this format: Dec 08, 2014 12:56:06 l "User X" updated enquiry to “User Y”
This is not visible in front end.
Also add a second checkbox next to the notify customer that will say “Show in front end” if checked,
3. Show selected users below store name in this format:
storename
user
if more of one user is selected, display “available”
if user is changed more than once, dispay a small “edited” text below user
When the enquiry is complete, owner is not allowed to change user anymore, but admin can, display error “cannot update user, enquiry is complete”
job too dificult? i know how the database structure and exactly what changes has to be done, after a good talk on skype it all should be all clear, you must know mysql and php since we're adding a couple columns to save order data and displaying them in other parts of site (sales page, order)
