Create a PHP script that will post picture on twitter

you need knowledge of twitter API system or you need to know how to gain twitter API knowledge pretty fast to know how to build this script.

I want a script that will be able to upload picture on my twitter account.

The script need a folder /pictures/ and then it automaticly grab a random picture from that folder and post it on twitter. Once the picture was posted, it erease it from /pictures/ so that way it never posit same picture twice.

It need to randomly select a picture on that folder because sometime i will have 3 picture similar but not same that are going to be same name (or close to same name) so it need to randomly select and not just choose by name.

It must be able to have schedule setting. I want to be able to set the following setting on the software:

00h to 23h with the setting of 0 to 20 for each hour, the number will be the number of tweet to be posted on that hour.

for example:

3h - 5

4h - 3

5h - 0

6h - 5

7h - 8

As we can see, at 7h it would post 8 picture SPREAD THROUGH THE HOUR, but at 5h it would not post any.

It need to spread the picture scheduling evenly during the hour. I Can setup a cron job every minute and the script would either decide to post/not post at that minute based on the setting I would have set. I need to be able to set how many picture per hour for the 24 hours of the day.

The script can be made based on another script, it does not matter this will be for private use and not commercial use.

The picture must be uploaded on twitter and posted on my twitter account, but all the picture need to be posted as if they were uploaded on twitter(with url of the image [login to view URL] and not thru a url shortner service like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] )
