Custom CMS

I am looking for someone to build a custom (QAS) Question & Answer Software based on the [login to view URL] TanyaCMS

i would like multiple additions/removals/edits ,this would be a ongoing project with the first draft to be the main build but with multiple plugins to follow in the coming month's to years, A full list of starting additions will be given along with some ideas for future modifications/plugins that i will be looking for

As a example of the things i am looking for

Custom Theme

Chat plugin

Custom landing page

Donation plugin

Shoutbox

custom upload options

and many other mods

I would like to add i already have the CMS script with a plugin feature so i just require additions/modifications to the script i have

more details will be shared with the shortlist closer to the closing date

as i say this will be a ongoing project with at least a 6/12 months worth of work on additional feature and plugins
