Ability to add comments below current Video and Photos

I have been working with wordpress for a couple of months and have become pretty good at adding php and making changes however I have hit a wall and now I need help. I want to be able to add comments and rss feeds subscription below each posting on my site. My current site is [url removed, login to view] and I want it to look like [url removed, login to view]

Please keep in mind that I understand php and html and really just need someone that can design the additions to my current site after which I can continue to upload my pictures videos and adsence units as I have been doing.
