I own a passport and visa expediting service for U.S. citizens.? We rush their passports and visas.? As you can imagine, we have to created hundreds of pdf files with customized instructions for that particular country's passport or visa application.? Up until now we have been creating the instructions/forms in MS Word and then converting them to a static PDF and then uploading them onto the website.? There is a better solution.

This is another website that is streamlining the process both for them and for their customers.? You'll see that their PDF instuctions seem to dynamically generate after the user selects several variables from multiple drop down menus on their homepage.? The user can then choose to view and print the instructions, or have them emailed to an email address.
My Needs:
1)? Determine what system the site is using to create these dynamic PDF documents.? Is there a backend database that pulls this data and creates the PDF's on the go?? Is there a user friendly content creation system that my employees could use to enter this data in a text format and then have that data be dressed up automatically into these dynamic PDFs?
2)? Once the functionality is determined, I would need to clone the functionality of this system.? Keep in mind that the forms must look professional, and be able to be viewed, printed, electronically filled in, emailed, or saved.
3)? In addition to the customer's ease of use, pay particular importance to the content creator's ease of use.? There must be a simple and efficient way for my employee to create these sets of instructions quickly and easily while still producing a professional looking document for the customer.
4)? The solution would be deployed onto my site and the coding would need to be done to accomplish this.
