Convert Movable Type blog to Wordpress

I have a blog currently running on Wordpress 3.31 - I want he newest version of Wordpress installed and all existing content (including links, pix etc) converted.

## Deliverables

My site was the victim of a hacker or malware attack - this has been rectified and I am waiting on Google to remove the warning page from the site.
