Create User Login and Data Webpages for AutoExport QuickBooks Data

I currently have two websites, [[url removed, login to view]][1] and [[url removed, login to view]][2] . I admin both sites using a wordpress backend with a MySQL database and a GoDaddy Linux Shared Hosting account for each site.

We currently have no way for customers to login and view their order info and receipts, tracking numbers, completion date, etc.... This project is going to change that.

Our employess manually enter all customer data into our QuickBooks Desktop accounting program. There is an application called AccessBooks (<[url removed, login to view]>) that will take our quickbooks data and automatically upload that data onto a database every 15 minutes so a webpage can serve that data to logged in users/customers.

So the goal is to build an easy to use system that will take the data we are already entering into quickbooks, and export that data automatically using AccessBooks to a MySQL database on our host's server, and then have our customers be able to login to a secure page on our site and view their specific order information. It is critical that this system be easy to administer (install, uninstall, compatible with Wordpress, easy to add/change, etc...). The winning bidder should have a knowledge of all the relevant technologies needed to successfully build this solution.

## Deliverables

QuickBooks Data Auto Posting onto Website for Customer's to Log In and View their Account & Order Details.

Requirements:

1) Create a secure (login portion) of my current website ([[url removed, login to view]][3]) that will show basic data about a customer's order. This website is currently administered by me using wordpress and a MySQL database. The customer will login and be able to view this order / account information instead of calling us for order updates. The login / logout pages would need to be created as well as the actual pages to display the order information for the customers. Probably 5 pages total. Login, Order/Account Detail, Logout, confirm logout, account registration.

2) Create a linkage between the quickbooks database on the main company computer and the hosting server. There must be an automated upload several times per hour to post the latest quickbooks data onto the database located on the hosting sever. This setup would minimize repetitive data entry. We have to enter the customer information into quickbooks anyway to handle the orders - it makes sense to post that information for the customer to be able to view (i.e. fedex tracking numbers, service requested, job status, etc...). One solution I've found that is an add on to QuickBooks is ([[url removed, login to view]][4]) this would accomplish the task I believe. Also, customers will need to print out a pdf of their paid invoice(s) from our site.

3) Create an automated email generator that will automatically send a new customer an email that informs them of how to log in and view their order status. Preferably when the new customer data gets uploaded onto the hosting server, the email would automatically generate to the customer. The customer would receive this email by one of two ways - 1) if they register on our site for an account they would automatically get this welcome email. 2) if they just send us an order without registering first, we would enter them into quickbooks and they would automatically receive this email if they are a new customer.

The login that the customer would use would be their date of birth and their last name. We already have that data loaded into quickbooks for every customer we accept.
