Convert Form Output to PDF & Attach To Email

I have an existing form that does output in 665 pixels wide (letter width) and want to convert the output into a PDF file that is attached to the email sent to the client.

The formatting is very basic, and should represent an Invoice or Quote.

I would also like to make some minor cosmetic adjustments to the email:

Subject Line: (Include details from form data entry)

Formatting: (Adjust the HTML formatting of the email itself so it can print well)

***SMTP Emails sometimes break when "attachments" are added, so we'd want to make sure to allow for some minor debugging, I can parse the error logs in real time when we test if there's an issue.
