Complete modification of a Wordpress plugin

I posted a project last week to modify a plugin. The programmer did it and I paid him and got the plugin. After installing on my site, I discovered that it was not finished. He refused to fix unless I paid him more money and/or leave review before It was fixed. I refused to pay him more money and left review that it was incomplete.
So I need someone to finish. The original project is located at [url removed, login to view]
What still needs to be done is that there are two fields in the plugin that need to be set by each member of the site. There is a field for YouTube ID and a field for a project ID. As it is now, those fields only use my info and it needs to be the info for each member that uses and sets it for their own needs.
If you need additional info, please PM me. Also, do not send me stock PMS with all your work. That is not helpful.
