Display a random post on a Wordpress page

Hi,

I need someone for a small Wordpress task: He will need to create a Wordpress page (it will be the front page) so that is displays **one** random post from any category. This post should change once a day.

I don't need a plugin created or some other complicated stuff, I just need a page template. Please consider this when bidding. My budget is limited, the one who places the lowest bid and has the knowledge to do this will be chosen.
