Combine flash graphic and jpg to make header + easy fix wp stylesheet

I have a flash graphic and a jpg image on a joomla site that I need to have combined into one header, then you will integrate it into a wordpress site. The jpg logo will need to be converted to a png, to remove the white background and make it transparent, and everything properly re-sized and aligned properly.

The logo and the lighthouse image are now the header, but they are separate units. they need to be combined as a single unit, with the lighthouse still working, then integrated as the new header into a new wordpress site that has already been created. This is not a difficult task. I need to have this completed in the next hour or so. The stylesheet in the wordpress site needs to be fixed so that the body and headline fonts have a clean, uniform look across the site. Right now they are different styles on different pages.
