Create an online shop - template provided

Requirement:
An online store built to accommodate over 100-200 products at a time (these *wont* be downloadable).
The template has not yet been purchased and will be dependent on the shopping cart framework that is selected.
This will be a regular shopping site - it needs to have the following (some items will be covered in the template, but you will need to have to skills to modify it - full requirements will be provided to successful bidder):
- html5 responsive design (this will be covered in the template, but you need to have the skills to modify the styles as per requirement - mainly colours and images as well as to add any widgets)
- image of item that enables it to be viewed larger as the cursor goes over the item
- a number of images of the product
- related items (covered in the template)
- product review (covered in the template)
- checkout integration with paypal
- Ability to create sales on stock items
- Ability to create sales on home page
- Megamenu menu (this may or may not be covered in the template, but can be provided so you wont need to hard code it)
When you bid, can you provide the following:
1. Which open source shopping cart you recommend and why
2. Your bid amount and timeframe
3. Relevant URLs of shopping sites - and their shopping cart framework clearly defined
This should be pretty simple given that the template will be purchased.
Timeframe to complete after successful bidder selected - 10 days.
