Custom Freelance Script

Project Details:

I am a web design/hosting company. I am moving away from designing websites to take a full-time role in network support/web hosting.

I would like to create a site where the average consumer can visit and post the website needs that they want. They need to be able to create profiles like GAF. I will be the hosting company for all accounts.

I do NOT want the ability for service providers to create profiles on the site. I have a list of web designers that I will approve of and let bid exclusively on the projects posted in this website. The administrator (me) will be the only one with rights to add/remove service providers.

I like the GAF format but with the ability to NOT let service providers create profiles and bid on work. Again designers/web development firms will go through me and I will create their login details.

Again my business is to host the website. I do not want to profit from the design. Approved service providers will profit from the work rendered to the public.

Any generic posters will be ignored. Please only experienced developers PMB me as i will discuss the project with you. You must understand the project before I approve of you. No feedback providers do not post as I will not choose you.
