Custom Wordpress Plugin

Hi All,
I have a html theme with a search/filter function and want this to be a wordpress property plugin.
Important is that the look and feel will be the same.
The plugin backend has to manage two outputs.
Listings wilth working filter option on the left + sort by above listings

The property detail page with the following content.

A existing plugin can be used if this is more confieniant.
However, the final plugin should be in layout output/design be the same as in my html theme.
