on each REGION I need fixed listing of links to COUNTRY pages
on each COUNTRY page i need list of links to STATE-PROVINCE
on each STATE-PROVINCE I need list of blog posts for KENNEL
This is hierarchical way to click through to find any KENNEL.
Each KENNEL can have a single blog post - with comments allowed to registered users who use CAPTCHA and answer 2 custom questions I will provide (same questions every time to register as a commenter)
Only Admin can create the posts or edit pages - there will be several users with Admin priovelges

I can set up most of the pages. I need you to pick a free *clean* theme, set up minimal plugs-ins needed
and basically set up one example set of pages and a post

And I will do all the rest after testing ...
