Design a brand new Wordpress website for my company

I have a new company starting, it is an Australian Horse stud.

I require a quality site which will be able to accomodate the following:

A photo album which we can post to

A blog area/News that we can update to, and that clients can leave a comment on.

we will source some horse sites and provide an example for the pages we require on the template.

We will provide graphics for this to the successful bidder.

This site should then be uploaded (once approved) to our web host site for us, we have the domain etc.
