A T-Shirt Designer Website Clone required

I need a website creating with the same functionality as a t shirt designer website I have found online. I have had a look at the website i want our website to look like and have realised i do not need ALL functionality from it and have created a trimmed down function list of what is required to be cloned below:

a. Adding T-Shirt by design & category by admin panel only

b. Displaying available T-Shirts & grouping by type, category and relevant categories we decide.

c. Create a t shirt designer which allows you to choose a T-Shirt for customization and then Add text/Add Image/Image from gallery

d. Placing order & shopping cart functions

f. Creating user account for access & authentication

h. Viewing order details and other information on user panel when logged in as a user of the website

i. The user should be able to sell and create there own t shirt shops and apparel including - Creating seller account, Home page for seller, Setting up shop etc the same as on website

j. Social Media Integration - as per website we only need facebook login facility and comment facility

I would like the website to remain open to add other features later so please code in a way that allows this implementation of other features at a later date.

I think that sums it up so any serious bidders I will send target website and you can have a look and bear in mind I do not want a EXACT clone only those functions above mentioned cloned.
