comparison website restyling - repost

We have a price comparison website which is kaon comparison script with license and need the design restyled to match more like our big brother.
Overall the pages are not really looking pro, and we just miss a finishing touch by a really good designer.
I got 3 of these website and if this one is a winner, i might restyle them all
Its very important for me that in seasons , like now (spring) we can have different background with nice graphics, but also better performance in loading (sprites etc) so that Google page speed is getting up as well
First thing i want to try is to get latest updates for this script in a separate folder, and update the site from there, when done we move it back

its style and the finishing touch we want changed, overall, site looks very basic. and not fancy lightbox or other jquery floating div, which fit the site colours and have cleaner look, and not 2008 style
