As an individual I am looking to build a website, kind of like 9gag ([url removed, login to view]) in its functions & features (but will be featuring different content).
This will start off small (getting the site up and running, minimalist design), and hopefully on a free hosting site like wordpress to start (testing the market). Roadmap has been established, so continuous work with you is a huge possibility if the initial build is satisfactory (ie. working 100% to the product requirement).
important: need an administration system that will approve "meme/pictures" content in a queue.
Ex. Admin approves 40 posts, each post gets queued for 8 mins and then featured in the main page.
