Anti Spyware Program

We are seeking a Spyware removal program. We are interested in a program that allows us to brand the application with different splash screens and banners within the program for different markets. The program should seek out and remove known Spyware / Adware programs with the ability to update the Spyware difinition files from the server.

This program should have and install and uninstall process and the license scheme should utilize a serial number generated from the computers hard drive serial number. The application should look to the servers for an authorized license to continue use and prevent piracy by coping the program to multiple computers without paying the license fee.

The program should have a Demo version and a Full Version. The Demo should have the function to identify the Spyware and Adware files but not allow the user to remove the files without payment for the full version. The Demo version should ask the Demo user if the want to register the program after every time the user runs the demo to identify spyware/adware. When the program ask the user to register the program will offer a URL link to register the program and get the full version.

We are open to ideas and suggestions for this project.

Finished product must be free of any and all copyrights or programs that would infringe on Copyrights, Royalties or other legal ownership of third parties.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Demo and Full Version required

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
