We sell automotive manufacturers parts on our websites. We receive an application data spreadsheet and a pricing information spreadsheet from the manufacturer.

We then manipulate the data to create product listings on our website. Once manipulated we put the information into a csv file which is uploaded to our website and creates all of the product listings.

We need assistance by someone that can use a database to manipulate the data to take it from the application data and pricing spreadsheet to the CSV for website upload.

## Deliverables

**This is basically what we do to the data and the end result.

1. Rancho Numerical Database** - Sorted this by application

**2. Avalanche Starting SS1** is what we took off the Rancho numerical database. This is our starting place to begin manipulating the data.

**3. Avalanche SS2** is what we get after manipulating it. As you can see I have to do alot of different functions to get the fits information, title information, keywords, custom fields 1, 2, and 3. Also have to manipulate it to get the vehicle qualifications and the wheel drive information figured out.

**4. Avalanche Upload** is what it should be prior to upload. This spreadsheet has TOKENS. It also has 4 columns that are highlighted in yellow. These are columns that I utilize to replace alot of the tokens and then delete those columns after I'm done replacing. These cannot be there for upload.

**5. Rancho Jobber Spreadsheet.** We have to use this spreadsheet to get the price and weights

I don't know if you need it, but I'm going to include below a list of the tokens and where they appear on the spreadsheet:

[TOKEN 1] - Model This appears all throughout the spreadsheet

[TOKEN 2] - "Fits" information. Appears in product description short (Col. H) and in the MetaTag Description (Col. S)

[TOKEN 3] - Vehicle Qualifications (VQ's) In product description short (Col. H)

[TOKEN 4] - Product Code. In product description (Col. I) and in product description above pricing (Col. J)

[TOKEN 5] - Make in capital letters. In product description (Col. I)

[TOKEN 6] - Model in capital letters. In product description (Col. I)

[TOKEN 7] - Make, normal (e.g., Chevrolet). In product description short (Col. H) and in product description (Col. I)

[TOKEN 8] - Product price. In product description (Col. I)

[WD] - Whether it is 2WD or 4WD application. In product description short (Col. H)

[POV] - Position of fit on the vehicle (front or rear). In product description short (Col. H)

Many of these tokens could be replaced by utilizing data in the spreadsheet. For example, [TOKEN 4] can be replaced by data in column A.
