Data entry and validation program

i am new to [url removed, login to view] so please bear with me.

i need a data entry program to enter, validate (in real time) and produce data in a specific format (.csv) with specific fields that i specify. a critical component of the software is to be able to:

1. from a list of websites, be able to find out which websites have been updated and when

2. be dynamically able to see, depending on the URL open in the current window or tab, the information already captured in the database.

the final product needs to be uploaded via FTP. i tend to forget this so an automation on this would also help.

i have a comprehensive document outlining what i intend to have done with the project, so please ask me for it (i don't know if i can upload it here, at least not at this step).

one more thing- i've been bitten too many times before so i take deadlines very seriously. i will require that you enter an agreement with me so i don't put something in escrow, have you forget about my work and then fight with you for a refund.
