Adwords API and Keywords spy tools

I want to create a similar tool as [url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view] and ppcbully.com.

I want to use google API to find the requested keywords info, competition, CPC, estimated searches, ad texts, how long the ad has been running...

And also, I want a keyword list builder tools which will generate keywords from google adwords and also any other good source which you can plugin.

I need bids only from experienced google API developers, especially in ADWORDS API.
