Coupon Site / Retail Me Not

I would like something that functions similarly to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

It can be made from scratch, Joomla, or Wordpress. Im guessing the last two would only need a component/plugin made.

I would like to be able to have the site automatically pull in current coupons, sales and such from my affilaite companies like linkshare, CJ, ShareASale. It also would be useful to be able to manually add them.

Consumer should be able to add coupon codes, comments, register to leave feedback and have their coupon history saved. Over all i would like it to function almost exactly like [url removed, login to view]
