Chanes to faq script

I have a small 20 line php script that prints out faq questions and answers from a text file. At the moment the script prints out in the format

q. Question 1

a. Answer 1

q. Question 2

a. Answer 2

I'd like to add a link to each question at the top of the page rather than have the user scroll down through all the questions looking for something relevant. The above example would become

1. <A TARGET="_self" HREF="#1">Question 1</A>

2. <A TARGET="_self" HREF="#2">Question 2</A>

Followed by

<a name="1"></a>

q. Question 1

a. Answer 1

<a name="2"></a>

q. Question 2

a. Answer 2

and so on

I'm useless at php but it's probably only a 2 minute job for someone who knows waht they are doing.
