Design an Advertisement for Immersive Gaming Room (3ds Max required)

3D Generalist needed for immersive gaming room marketing image (2 angles). The final image should look polished, dynamic, and EXCITING!
The basic design is roughed out (see images), we can provide the model/assets shown. Seats come fully textured (in 3ds max). We will need the following room adjustments:
-Extend column to top of screens.
-Angle screens down towards 4 seat benches.
-Add circular handrail w/ TV mounts.
-Add various effects coming out of armrests (water spray, wind, etc.) - we will provide assets.
-Add projectors inside column and projector windows on column (height = top of screen).
-Add image to 8 overhead screens (we will provide).
- Add Volumetric lighting coming out of projectors.
-Add basic TV mount brackets off of column.
-Add handrail around perimeter.
Finish work:
-Texture floor (black PVC cointop surface perhaps), and texture column (maybe?).
-Add atmosphere and exciting spot lights.
-Backlight inside of inner steps.
-Add low-lying semi-transparent fog to lowest level.
-Backlight the lower floor.
-Add lighting.
Render in Vray (or comparable).
Note: Fog and other things can be added in post if you prefer.
Lighting should look like a nightclub/arena...multiple lights sources with tight falloff. Key is to look exciting and dynamic. Add master light to bring up overall ambient lighting if needed.
We need to retain rights to files and receive masters after (3D max and obj including texture files, etc.).
