Do some 3D Modelling

We already have a house design which an architect has created in Autodesk/Revit. We have a survey of the block with spot heights as a .dwg file. We have a concept landscape design in .pdf form which we would like to see in 3D. In particular, we would like to view a few different placements and sizes of a pool in a courtyard. We would like to receive models as both as a revit file and also a 3D pdf.
