Creating Study Notes for Organic Chemistry & Cell Biology

Hi,
I need someone who have at least a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, Chemistry and Biology related University qualifications to help me create study notes for two subjects:
1. Cell Biology
2. General Chemistry
3. Organic Chemistry
This are not formal writing. They are study notes. You can use either Powerpoint or MS Word.
There are two topics for Cell Biology,
one topic for General Chemistry and
two topics for Organic Chemistry.
I will provide the syllabus of all these topics.
These are the criteria of the notes I wish for u to create:
1. Simplify
2. Point forms
3. Reorganize notes
4. Remove unimportant notes
5. Add important points previously not in the notes
6. ***Create mnemonics & ways / tips to remember (to almost everything - even the simplest ones)
7. Add explanations to difficult parts
8. Reword complicated definitions
9. Add supporting pictures and graphics (u may draw - chemical bonds)
10. *** Include practice exercises + Answers ( as many as u can find - internet, books, pass years' papers - cover entire syllabus)
Writers must be well-versed in the academic syllabus. Do not add unnecessary notes not covered in syllabus. Make it as simple to understanf as possible.
You may bid on either one of the subjects ( say, Cell Biology only, if Chemistry is not your expertise ).
