I would like professional Search Engine Optimizers who talk very little (although correct) and get the job done. I have two websites which I would like optimized (backlinks, content, meta descriptions, meta tags, social media marketing, blogging). I will be watching the delivery very closely so if you deliver the results you have nothing to worry about. I have had people talking a lot about the job, I would make payment and when it came to actually doing something (not delivering actual results but doing the actual work) they didn't even touch the website. If it turns out you are doing a GOOD, WHITE-HAT job I will recur the contract with you on a long-term basis. If you deliver very good results I will give you other websites to optimize.
I will want reports on a regular basis on what you have done as I will be checking these closely with Google Webmaster Tools, Woorank, Seranking and Moz.
