Adwords PPC expert

I have a relatively new site and require PPC marketing using Google Adwords. Website theme is Linux VPS/online cloud services. I am using the search network only, but am only getting ~10 clicks per day, although the keyword tool estimated several hundred daily clicks (with low CTR). I only get the desired clicks with the content network, but its been recommended that I turn it off. I have had 3 conversions (account creations) when I had the content network running, but no signups. Need someone to take a look at what I have and provide recommendations which lead to results. I expect comments/recommendations on the following: - Ad Groups - Ads - Keywords - Landing pages - Stats, CTR/Conv Rate etc - Adwords settings I also have AWstats on my server for tracking visitors I expect to be working closely with whoever I choose, to implement changes, and discuss the way forward. For results, I am looking for average on 3-5 purchases per week. As this assignment could take a while to complete, I am happy to release funds in stages based on what is accomplished. This will be discussed and agreed with those who reply. Looking forward to your questions.
