Application fo A20 ARM Olinuxino board

You need to have experience with Olinuxino A20 development board or other ARM development board.

The board needs to:

read an encoder as fast as possible and with no wasted resources

host a ftp server

read other I/O

communicate over serial and act as a translator(black box) between a host and a slave
