Combine GoogleSheet with GoogleCalendar

I need somebody who can set up a template for events, that are listed in a Google Sheet to be automatically added to a Google Calendar.

Or the other way round: I have one event in Google Cal and need various tasks to come up 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 days before the event. If a template can be designed that once I put the date of the event in, then all these tasks will be added at the appropriate dates, that would also work!
