We are looking for an expert to analyze one video where we can see a trailer stolen by a truck. Unfortunately we can't see the plate of the truck and the guy in the truck. We will give the video to a specialist who can figure it ou to find what is the plate or how the guy and the truck look like cause this is in the night. We will give you a commision between 500$ to 1000$ if someone can help us.

I have been a video editor for over 25 years - I can take your footage and zoom into the license plate and the guy as well and lighten the footage also. A lot will depend on how dark the footage is though.
just upload the video somewhere (youtube is better) and send me the link I will download and let you know the plate no in 5 minutes.
