already did design by neoconcept need to pay with freelancer

I want to add a simple functionality to the checkout page of Virtuemart.

Normally there is a standard shipping adress selected and there is a button to add another shipping adress.

The new situation:

The customer is always logged in when he makes an order (no tweak needed) so the shipping adress is already filled in.

Now the customer can choose two optons:

O Send the products to the standard adress (this adress is already filles in in de account of the user)

O Send the products to another adress (when clicked the user can fill in another shipping adress, this functionality allready exist in virtuemart2, see attachment [url removed, login to view])

Also the customer can select a shipping week (this is a simple drop down list with a choice of the shipping week for the goods)

This is a simple project and I need it done good and fast.
