Create Forum Website in Wordpress

We would like to have a very basic "forum" blog style website created in Wordpress.

It would be a little similar to [url removed, login to view] (dot) com

Members can sign up, make posts which other members can comment on. Each member has a personal page. See PoorButHappy for example.

* Create the site, logo's, google ad's

* Create an admin for editing and moderation of the site

* Upload to host, point to domain, and get us up and going

Should be pretty simple and easy for someone with Wordpress experience.
