Customize a Bigcommerce Mobile Friendly Website

Simple Task, just need someone to do a little customizing to the mobile site of my Bigcommerce Store. I want it to have a similar feel to the desktop version. I know when someone switch to standard view on your mobile devices, the websites shows up as it does if you were on the desktop but it's not mobile friendly, in which they shouldn't have to do.
First since my header background is black and logo have some white in it in the desktop version. The complete background shows up white in the mobile version and some of the logo that is in white can''t be see. I also want to have footer, the way it is in the desktop version the same the way in mobile but vertical to keep it mobile friendly. I just want the mobile friendly site to coincide or similar to the desktop version but mobile friendly without haven''t switch to standard view. It don't have to be exact just coincide with the desktop version.
I need this done today and right.
