Add Credit Card (CC) as a Form of Payment (FOP)

I have a membership site that accepts PayPal as a form of payment, but I would like to add CC as a FOP. My site has the following characteristics:

1) WordPress membership site with video tutorials as the content.

2) It has PayPal Standard as the payment gateway. I do not qualify for the PayPal Pro version, so do not bother to bring this up. (Video related content sites typically do not qualify for PayPal Pro, since they are considered high risk.)

3) The membership functionality is provided by the PaidMembershipPro Plug-in.

4) I do not have an SSL Certificate, but I am trying to get one. As far as I know, I need to have one in order to allow implement this feature.

I am open to suggestions, but if you apply for this posting, then please provide a description of;

1) what will you implement (ie., detail plan of attack)

2) how much it will cost

3) what you will need from me and

4) how long it will take you to implement

You must show proof of previous CC implementations you have done.

I will put in a 50% deposit. I will release payment upon successful completion, after performing a real life testing, which will include the financial transaction and the creation of a new user and member on my site. (Of course, I will use my credit cards and register myself several times for testing purposes. )
