HEAD OF WEB DEVELOPMENT
You have the passion to become a leader and a veritable expert in all things Internet? You want to be part of a startup in Canada and contribute to providing a unique online shopping/offline physical store experience to North-American brides and grooms? If so, we are currently looking for a Head of Web Development to build a strong team.
Location: Montreal, QC
Job Type: Co-founder/Full-time
Work in close collaboration with the other Co-founders;
Develop and execute processes to ensure optimal stability, performance, scalability and security of systems;
Prioritize and assign resources to various projects;
Participate in activities related to recruitment, training and employee evaluations;
Own and monitor site technical performances;
Analyze, review and modify web systems by designing, maintaining, documenting, testing and developing regularly;
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Leadership skills mixed with a positive attitude and a capacity to adapt to fast changes;
Superior management, organization, communication and teamwork skills;
Outstanding knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS and Redis;
Excellent knowledge of ecommerce and high traffic websites;
Experience with Magento and/or the Zend Framework;
Good knowledge of ERP and inventory systems;
Familiarity with mobile apps development and AWS.

By using his connections in different industries and building a strong quality control team in China, he helped Canadian clients save mass time and money while acquiring quality products at an extremely low price.
