HI,
I want to have a chat application made that supports uploading attachments.
It must be accessible via android, iOs & browsers.
Let me know what backend technology you plan to use, i would prefer something new such as ruby on rails or nodejs & expressjs, however I am open to any technology you might want to use.
I want it to be on a variable hosting plan such as that offered by amazon web-services or heroku, wherein I pay for usage.
This won't be exactly a chat application like whatsapp . it will add functionality to my existing website where in my customers can talk to me via a mobile app
