Cubecart customisation

I am looking for a price someone to customize a cubecart (or similar) program to make the store more usable for a client.

He hand delivers items to customers in a local area. Some of these are pre ordered to be delivered every day on an ongoing basis. Some of these will be ordered occasionally to be added to the days normal delivery.

He needs:-

Stage A

1. Custom report writing to print off his delivery route each day (Each street, per number within street) with list of items per address.

2. Custom report writing to print off the number of each item type he will be delivering on a particular day. (20 item A, 14 item B, 35 item C etc)

Stage B

1. Customization so that each customer can log in and make changes their regular order of chosen items.

2. Customization so that each customer will receive detailed weekly invoice for the items they have bought and payment taken automatically through paypal.

3. A refund system to refund customers for disputed items.

I am tendering for this project next week and need approximate costings.
