Create responsive/mobile version of existing website

I am looking for someone to create a responsive (iPhone/Android handset) version of an existing website. Looking for someone who can do design as well as HTML/CSS coding. (Any server-side coding should already be in place. You will be able to talk to / work with the person who coded the website, if that’s helpful.)
The site offers recommendations to London theatregoers and already functions sufficiently well on an iPhone, so I’m hoping this is mostly an issue of menus and font sizes. If there is a major cost difference between doing both a vertical/portrait and a horizontal/landscape orientation, please estimate for just a vertical.
