Build an Online Store

I need a freelance web designer who is able to work with me on this project. I am looking to get this up and running pretty quickly (couple of weeks, max.). I am looking for someone who is talented and intuitive in marketing.
1. I am looking to create an online store with Shopify.com. I sell Native American Art (see attached for my current website). I need a mock-up design(s) for the website and some advice on how to navigate the store in terms of "look and feel" and advice on how to categorize products.
Once the mock-up design is chosen, then I will need to create the online store with various company information pages (policies, about us, contact etc.). I am guessing <10 pages. Also it will need SEO optimization and mobile capability.
2. Once the store is ready for product, I have about 750 items that will need to be listed to the site. All the listing are on eBay. I have been using [url removed, login to view] to pull inventory from eBay and you will be able to push the inventory to Shopify store (very easy- one push of button photo, description), but each item will have to be edited to take out some HTML (pretty simple- but x 750 times).
This is maybe two seperate jobs for you, please let me know if you prefer just the design side. Please give me an hourly rate.
