Build an Online Store/Website

I am creating an online store/community that is a proprietary concept and design. A friend of mine owns a webdesign company and was part of this creation since shortly after conception but continued to drop too many balls. I am now 1 week from launch to a large captive audience where 100% are qualified customers and am forced to start from scratch. I am looking for a big picture individual that is highly competent and driven as this build will continue and evolve for the next several years and will grow a large and diverse team in this specific branch of the company. Ideally this person will end up being "the" person that is here from before the beginning until whatever end game the future holds.

We will be starting with a simple, single page landing/squeeze page, releasing the e-commerce site with backoffice to sell our partners/vendors (many of which are already on-board and awaiting our orders) services and products. We will continue to build out/evolve the storefront site while creating the community/network site for launch, and much more.

This will be an extremely lucrative venture for the candidate that is selected/accepts the position. Not to mention we are building a gamechanger that is about to completely revolutionize a $100B industry. It's always cool the be "that guy", opposed to the guy watching the movie and saying "how cool! I wish I was that guy".
