Project Description
We are a boutique real estate agent. Using wordpress, our website will need to be simple, responsive + mobile & tablet friendly. Colours must not clash. Main(not limited to) colours to focus on are red, white and grey (see attachments of logo for reference of the colours , refer to page one only of PDF file). You must also be able to communicate in English via skype(voice call and messaging). Must be able to do the coding for the website. Must be very experienced in website designing.
Functions required
1) Be able to upload photos for rent and for sale, also upload profile photos of staff members.
2) Must incorporate social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)
3) Enquiries from the website need to be sent to designated emails
4) Be able to upload application forms/documents so customers can print off.
I have provided you with a website in which we like the design and functions it has. You must incorporate all the functions they provide.

I am also curious about the cubic template offered in wordpress and how you can put your originality in it. Maybe create 6 even boxes and place each tab for one box. Will consider two designs to see the difference.
Once we are happy with the design, we will send you specific photos and content we want added in the websites . You can just do a mock up and add your own content and photos for now.
