Project Description and Intent
We currently have a demo site on WordPress that we have never launched because we were unhappy with the design of the site. Because of this, we had the site redesigned by a new designer which done are far better job recreating and customizing the site to our liking. We are now still redesigning the website, but we have nearly 50% of the site complete, and we would like to begin development work on the site.
Our initial goal for the website is to use it as a lead generation tool and as a means for visitors to view our library of product catalogs online. Prospective customers and existing customers will be able to request a quote to purchase anyone of our promotional products, engravable trophies, plaques, medals or medallions, personalized gifts, unique corporate gifts and corporate gift baskets, or brandable apparel pieces.
They'll also be able to schedule a design consultation for our custom design and creative services for awards, sign and banners, print and promotional materials, packaging and print displays.
To facilitate lead generation and early and proactive communication with our site visitors, we would also like to integrate a live chat feature into our website.
While we will not have a shopping cart, we will make it possible for customers to pay for the orders online using their major credit cards or ACH payments. Our current payments processor is Pay Simple ([login to view URL]).
