Ad Site

I have an ad site that needs some database.

This is a site where anyone can post an ad for free. All they have to do is go to the site, enter some text or upload an image, and the information will automatically post and be displayed on the same page. (its a split frame page).

For users to be able to enter text: i would like to add a wysiwyg editor.

For users that would like to upload an image, they can just select an image on their hard drive and upload. The image size must be 468x235 pixels. If their image is not the correct size, can you have my site resize the image to the correct size?

The text or image will then AUTOMATICALLY appear on the page and the user will see the ad immediately. Each ad will display for 5 seconds. And the ads will rotate continually for a period of 24 hours.

After 24 hours of that particular AD SUBMISSION, that particular ad will then DELETE from the database.

There is no signup or membership required for users.

Most of the site is already designed and completed. It just needs a database,etc.
