convert image to CSS and add text to templates

I need someone to do two jobs:
1) I've got an image layout for my new eBay template. I would like this turned into a CSS / HTML document.
2) I have 51 eBay products which need to be changed from the old template to the new one. I have the text and images for these which I will supply to you. Your job is to take the template created in step one and add the text and image for each product. The images will need to be uploaded to a new directory on my website. The resulting HTML will also have to be uploaded.
The only text that alters between products is the description. It'll be a case of copying and pasting the supplied text into the template and making sure the picture is uploaded to the right location and linked properly.
Aiming to get this done for around $50
