Title Tracking on Video

Need done over the next 6 hours or so. I have 3 video shots that slide/pan and I want to place some text that is 'stuck' in the video and stays still while the video moves. So tracking.

I would like the text to be chopped off a bit at some spots to make it look more apart of the landscape. So snow cutting the bottoms off or trees/mountain cutting slightly in the text like it's sitting there. Let me know if this is something you understand.
I can provide a png file of the text with transparent background if easier.
