The Project is to have a Mobile & Web enabled Client Server Application to support following modules of school operation
Initial Master data Setup of school info class info timetable
1. Student/Teachers/Mgmt Profiles/Setup
2. Attendance for day/session (Notification on absentees to parents SMS/through APP)
3. Exam score card distribution and uploading marks/grades(Send notification to parents)
3. Notice
4. Bulletin board of Events and circulars
5. Daily homeworks for each session
6. Fee details(paid/due/outstanding)
7. Teacher comments after each session
8. About section to display location,Website of school
9. Parents raising a query to Class teacher
10. Teacher answering
Three Roles Parents,Teachers,Management
Parents can view notification,ExamReports,RaiseQuery,Apply Leave for student,View Bulletin Board
Teachers can--> Attendance,Exam results grades,Comments of a student,Remarks end of a session,Notices,Circulars,Events for bulletin board,Log In and Log out of session
Mgmt-->Can view reports of class,Add Events to bulletin boards
Time frame is 3 weeks.
This is going to be ongoing exercise and we can continue to work for 1 year if things goes well.
